If you make use of our digital bookkeeping service, we visit your office and handle the scanning of your documents (including with a mobile scanner, where applicable) and filing of the originals. Questions regarding individual documents can then be clarified in a timely fashion right on site, making labor-intensive subsequent reconciliation processes unnecessary. In addition, we also handle the further processing of the documents in the document management feature, so that you can then retrieve the document according to various search criteria (document number, date, amount, etc.). |
